Each requested Chrome permission maps to a specific part of Tariela.
Alarms
Refresh time-sensitive daily or planetary-hour state without asking the user to keep the popup open.
Geolocation
Request device coordinates only after the user presses “Use my location,” then identify the current city for local planetary-hour calculations. A city can always be entered manually, and Tariela does not silently request fresh coordinates on later opens.
Identity
Support Google sign-in for delivering a requested Tarot interpretation and connecting the included readings or Premium entitlement to the correct account. It is not the gate for the main astrology screen.
Tariela backend
Access to calabkihtqctuomxuofh.supabase.co delivers astrology calculations, generated content, authentication-linked allowance checks, and subscription status.
City services
Access to nominatim.openstreetmap.org and photon.komoot.io provides city search, coordinate lookup, and reverse geocoding during onboarding and profile editing.
