Use of the service

Tariela provides astrology and Tarot as reflective, entertainment-oriented tools. It does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice and does not guarantee events or outcomes.

Accounts and interpretation

The main experience is anonymous-first. Google sign-in is required for a personalized Tarot interpretation and keeps the free allowance or Premium entitlement connected to the same account.

Subscriptions

Tariela Premium is an automatically renewing subscription offered at $4.99 billed monthly or $39.99 billed annually. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at Stripe Checkout. Premium removes the Tarot interpretation allowance while the subscription is active; ordinary security and abuse-prevention limits still apply.

Cancellation

A subscriber may cancel through the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Premium access continues until that date. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made by mistake or duplicated, contact tariela.help@gmail.com; requests are reviewed case by case. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Payment processor

Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscription management. Stripe is the payment processor, not the seller of Tariela.
